We reserve the right to keep excerpts from the log data longer if there is suspicion of a criminal offense.

  • Personal data that must be stored due to invoicing and legal requirements will not be deleted until the legal deadlines have been met.
  • Personal data required for the fulfillment of a commissioned service will be deleted upon customer request or at the latest seven years after the completion of the service, provided that further contracts requiring the stored personal data are no longer foreseeable.
  • Additional personal data voluntarily provided (e.g., by email or phone) will be deleted upon request or upon reaching the legal retention periods.
